PriceInteractive Named Finalist in The First Annual Users Choice Awards by Customer Support Management Magazine and Real Market Research


RESTON, Va, October 19, 1999 - PriceInteractive has been named a finalist in the First Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and Real Market Research. The company's interactive voice response service was entered in the category of Call Center Communications/CTI.

The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end-user. There were more than 238 product entries in a total of 21 categories including: Call Center Communications/CTI, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, and Field Service/Remote Communications.

All finalists will receive either a "Gold Best-in-Class" or "Best-in-Class" Award. The awards ceremony will be held during ZD Event's Customer Relationship Management Conference and Expo at the Moscone Center in San Francisco on Wednesday, October 27.

Awards will be presented by Katherine Grayson, editorial director of Customer Support Management and Gary Lemke, president of Real Market Research. Regarding the new awards program, Ms. Grayson stated, "Nothing speaks so directly about the quality of and effectiveness of a product as does end-user acclaim."

Customer Support Management, "The magazine for optimizing the customer relationship", is the only enterprise-level solutions publication written exclusively for executives and line managers responsible for customer support and service.
